My work focuses on acknowledging and clearing issues related to the root of our emotional and mental distress, as well as supporting one through death & rebirth cycles with life-changing herbal wisdom, ancient wisdom traditions, & powerful healing modalities.
I will help you build your healing toolbox by providing not only deeply rooted plant ally-ship, but also by sharing transformative embodiment practices I have found in my own path, coaching and channeled insights as you walk your journey home.

I enjoy taking my time with these sessions. I love connecting and building a deeper conversation. I thrive working with individuals in an on-going basis. So, after trying many different ways to “do” sessions, I have landed here. Series sessions allow for the integration support that’s necessary. As a life long student and experimenter, I have been working with these technologies in some capacity, my whole life. My clients tend to be in a space of big transitions and cycles ending. The people I work with are ready to step into their healing in real and tangible ways. If this is you and you feel called to work with me, remember to trust yourself and your timing. Together, we walk alongside plants, astrology, human design, energetics, and intuitive knowing/coaching to bring-in clarity & offer actionable daily steps to support you embracing YOU! As an unschooling family, we do things differently than the norm. Many years ago I began bringing the wisdom of our astrological natal charts and each person’s individual human design to help create a framework of authentic living within my family. This is has offered incredible clarity in parenting and group dynamics + supported us in building a more communal way of living & being with one another. By choosing to live in this way, we are able to honor each person’s unique essence & energy + holding space for a deepening of self-trust.
In these sessions, you will receive guidance in the “how-to” when it comes to respecting the individual that makes up the whole. You will gather suggestions that support each member’s specific way of knowing, even for those at a young age. LIFE FLOW Sessions are invaluable!! They will help you establish + build rhythms & rituals into your family/partnership from a space of trust & peace, deeply nourishing authenticity in each individual. It’s from this container of compassion that we can truly see and know one another. And I have found in my last 2 decades of practicing just this, that when we choose connection first, the rest falls into place.

Life Flow Sessions are a blend of astrology & human design, along with intuitive insights, energetics, & plant medicine that supports. You will leave understanding the individual and the whole.
Sessions are $500.
You will receive…a copy of each member’s natal chart and human design body graph, a session recording, and a 1-oz. plant essence blend or spray (great for kids/teens) for each member of your partnership.

Working alongside the plants is a beautiful way to honor & support yourself in an wholistic way.
Life moves us in and through cycles. Beginnings and endings and huge moments of transition that bring about change. Within the seasonal calendar alone, zodiacal shifts create new energies that we will notice and can learn to lean into. Discovering your plant ally can help to not only deepen this process, but truly nourish you from the inside out, offering incredible support and guidance.
When to purchase your session - Seasonal shifts are the perfect time to invest, so every 3 months or so… Yearly calendar shifts, Solar Returns, the start of a new project, moments of transition, beginnings and endings, these are all great examples of the when.
