We will come together via Zoom for 75 minutes on the FULL MOON in Cancer @ 2PM EST.

We will begin with by grounding, connecting, and opening the space with meditation and intention. This provides the space for you to tune in and center, preparing the body and spirit for healing. When we breathe together, we release what’s ready, which leaves you feeling lighter and clearer. It’s automatic, it’s beautiful. It’s time to let go of what’s been holding onto you so tightly.

Bring your plant medicine, in any form you most enjoy! We will be breathing alongside our Cancer-ian plant ally in this practice - Milky Oats. Tincture, tea, essence, the dried plant, etc…

What to expect in 75 minutes -

• We will spend a few minutes in the beginning of our time together connecting with the group via introductions, and asking any questions you may have.

• I will share just a bit about Milky Oats and how it nourished the Cancer energies.

• You will then locate yourself in a quiet space, where releasing emotions feels safe.

• This practice is done lying down. So you will want to make sure you have prepared your area before hand. You may be on a bed, on the floor, just making sure you are comfortable, have a blanket, and some water nearby.

• We will breathe for about 30-35 minutes.

• At this point, I will open the records and offer a reading for the group. And then, close the records before moving on.

• When we are done, there’s a 10-15 minute integration time, then a few minutes of journaling, and we will end by reconvening together.

• I will take a few minutes to answer any questions and allow space for you to share if you feel called to do so.
